Academy players are coached by semi-professional and professional players who specialise in their position. Everything sits in one place, from one-to-ones and Masterclasses through to Junior and Senior Academy membership.
02 / OUR OFFER
// Built around the brief
A monthly group session at Stourbridge Rugby Club, built around one theme and often led by a guest coach.
Two age groups, 7 to 11 and 12 to 16, an hour each. Small group coaching rather than one big session, so every player gets looked at properly.
The usual starting point. No commitment beyond the session itself, and the easiest way to see whether your child takes to it.
Ask about MasterclassIndividual sessions focused on one part of a player’s game, with direct feedback and something specific to work on.
Booked as and when, with no minimum commitment. Useful before trials, coming back from injury, or when one technical thing is holding a player back.
Ask about one-to-oneMembership for younger players, with a monthly plan, weekly check-ins and mentoring built into every session.
A monthly strength and conditioning plan, weekly check-ins, a player group chat and nutrition guidance, with mentoring built into the sessions themselves.
Three month minimum, then it runs on. Includes a baseline assessment and quarterly reports.
Ask about Junior AcademyThe same support for older players, with Foundation and Performance routes depending on where they are.
Foundation for players building consistency, Performance for those pushing towards representative or senior level.
Three month minimum. Position-specific coaching, quarterly reporting and direct contact with the coaching team.
